  • Additional Fees
    • Non-refundable Deposit: 70%
    • Remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to event date

Review & Event Approval
Event details are reviewed to ensure alignment with venue guidelines and capacity.
Invoice + rental agreement sent
You’ll receive an invoice and rental agreement outlining terms and next steps.
Secure Your Date
Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit is paid and agreement is signed.
Event day walkthrough + close-out
